HSE & Sustainability Roadmap Execution Lead (f/m/d)

h3The Opportunity /h3pAre you passionate about driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution? As Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Sustainability Roadmap Execution Lead, you will play a key role in turning our global HSE and Sustainability action plan into measurable business outcomes. Acting as the central coordinator across multiple stakeholders, you will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear accountability. You will report to the Global Head of Sustainability HSE - Grid Integration and work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to track progress, manage governance, measure performance, and drive execution excellence across a global portfolio of initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic priorities while building strong partnerships across the business. /ph3How You'll Make An Impact /h3ulliDrive execution of the global HSE Sustainability strategy and roadmap. /liliTranslate strategic priorities into structured actions, milestones, and deliverables. /liliMaintain oversight of the HSE Sustainability portfolio and ensure clear ownership of initiatives. /liliMonitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation actions. /liliDevelop tools, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports to measure and track performance. /liliSupport review sessions and facilitate effective decision-making. /liliCoordinate with initiative leaders and stakeholders to ensure delivery against commitments. /liliSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of strategic programs. /liliPrepare business cases and support funding requests for key initiatives. /liliFoster collaboration across functions to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. /li /ulh3Your Background /h3ulliBachelor's degree in HSE Sustainability, Business Administration, Engineering,, or a related field. /lili3+ years of experience in program management, PMO, business operations, strategy execution, or transformation initiatives. /liliExperience managing cross-functional projects within a global and matrix organization. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliProven ability to drive execution through influence and collaboration. /liliStrong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance tracking. /liliProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and collaboration tools. /liliExperience with budget management and financial reporting. /li /ulh3More About Us /h3pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
