We are looking for a Team Lead Product Engineering BiMOS to lead a team of highly skilled Engineers and Technician and drive technical excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement across our semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role will be part of the Product Engineering BiMOS organization.How you’ll make an impact Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Engineers, fostering a high-performance cultureDrive accountability and support employees in reaching their full potential through clear expectations, regular feedback, and professional developmentLead yield improvement, quality enhancement, and cost optimization activitiesEnsure end-to-end product ownership covering quality, reliability, manufacturability, and product performanceCollaborate closely with RD, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product ManagementSupport industrialization and transfer of new technologies and products into high-volume manufacturingPrioritize resources, remove obstacles, and ensure effective execution of strategic objectivesDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization Your background Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Semiconductor Technology, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, process engineering, or quality engineeringProven leadership experience with a strong track record of building, motivating, and developing high-performing teamsDemonstrated ability to address performance gaps and actively bring people to the required performance level through coaching, feedback, and structured development plansStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent German and English language skills are mandatory More about us A strong people leader who combines technical expertise with the ability to inspire, develop, and challenge employees.
