The opportunity In this challenging role, you will design the network and security architecture for communication networks used in power utilities, wind farms, and other critical infrastructure, based on modern technology standards.
How You’ll Make An Impact
You will develop systems in compliance with security standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC-CIP
You will implement planned cybersecurity measures on devices and applications
You will support the sales organization during the tender phase and in customer discussions
With your technical expertise, you will assist the project manager and coordinate with both customers and internal stakeholders
You will prepare procedures and operational manuals tailored to customer requirements
You will conduct risk assessments as part of project execution, in alignment with IEC 62443, to identify and evaluate cybersecurity risks within industrial automation systems and ensure appropriate security measures are implemented
Your background
You have a degree in power engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or equivalent professional experience, along with experience in communication networks and system architectures in industrial or infrastructure environments
You are proficient in cybersecurity technologies, LAN/WAN networks, peripheral devices, and operating systems including MS Windows (Server, AD) and Linux
You demonstrate strong communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to work independently
Excellent command of English is required
You are motivated to help build a new business area and actively support the transition to a cybersecure work approach, assisting engineers in adopting cybersecurity best practices
