As a Senior Photolithography Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing photolithography processes used in semiconductor manufacturing. Are you someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys making a real impact? /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liEnsure processes meet the production program and yield goals and address any product yield and rework issues. /li liEngage with equipment and material vendors to develop new solutions and improve existing processes, to ensure smooth functioning of the production line. /li liDevelop new techniques, modify existing designs, and coordinate process improvement projects. /li liAnalyze process data to identify trends, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues (implement and regularly check SPC). /li liIndependent planning and Implementation of new machinery into the production line. /li liWork closely with process integration, wet etch, diffusion, metals, dry etch, and implant teams to ensure seamless production. /li liSupports some metrology tools i.e. to measure CD and Overlay. /li liOn-call duties on weekends and public holidays (as required from the production) with participation in the on-call meeting (before the on-call duty) agreed on his own responsibility with the other on-call service providers. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science or Physics) with 5+ years of experience in industry or master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in industry or Ph.D. with industry experience /li liExtensive experience in wafer photolithography operations especially in coating and exposure in Steppers, in a wafer manufacturing environment (thin-film-head, semiconductor wafer manufacturing) /li liFamiliarity with automated wafer factory software systems like SPC, MES and Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis /li liStrong understanding of optics and immersion lithography /li liProficiency in data science and programming is preferred /li liGood English and German language skills /li liAbility to work in a cleanroom environment /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pOur flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
