Our factory in Klingnau serves as a competence center for high-precision plastics processing at a global level. The location thrives on a flexible and motivated team with a flat hierarchy and short decision-making paths.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of 5–6 employees
• Independent planning and coordination of production steps for the entire team, including analysis of operational metrics
• Steering and management of projects and production orders to ensure timely execution
• Assisting in setting up and operating a complex machinery park, as well as assembly and surface finishing (e.g., painting)
• Conducting quality inspections of processed components (single parts to small series)
• Continuous improvement and development of manufacturing processes and workflows
• Creation of manufacturing instructions and process descriptions to increase efficiency
• Performing maintenance, monitoring manufacturing aids, and operating various forklift trucks

Your Background

• Successfully completed technical training with several years of professional experience, ideally supplemented by further education (HF/FH)
• Solid knowledge of technical procedures and production processes, with extensive project management experience
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in reading technical drawings and bill of materials
• Competence in applying Lean Management methods such as 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen
• A team-oriented, responsible, and reliable personality who enjoys developing the team
• Strong communication and moderation skills, high flexibility, initiative, and commitment
• Proficient with Office tools and SAP, excellent German language skills, and good English skills
• Strong customer orientation and motivation to contribute to the company\’s success with entrepreneurial thinking
