If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are motivated to make a measurable impact, we would love to hear from you. /ph3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3ulliLead and continuously improve Hitachi Energy's local Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives /liliFacilitate monthly SOP reviews and executive meetings, providing insights, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making /liliCollaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management to drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and build consensus /liliDevelop demand planning and forecasting methodologies for a broad portfolio of critical products, leveraging market intelligence and data analytics /liliMonitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory performance, and production adherence to drive business improvements /liliLead and support strategic initiatives, representing the planning organization in cross-functional and continuous improvement programs /liliDrive process optimization through digital solutions, analytics, and best practices to enhance planning excellence /liliPresent executive-level analyses and recommendations while mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability /li /ulh3Your background /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage . APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an advantage; /liliSignificant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, or SOP within an international manufacturing environment /liliAdvanced SAP knowledge; experience with intercompany purchasing and planning is highly desirable /liliExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into business decisions /liliProven ability to work independently, manage a high workload, solve complex problems, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment /liliStrong communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior management and cross-functional teams /liliGIS products and business structure knowledge is beneficial /liliHighly motivated, precise, and proactive professional with a continuous improvement mindset; /liliBusiness fluent in English, German is beneficial /li /ulh3Why you'll succeed /h3pYou are a precise and analytical professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and turning data into business value.
