In this role, you will support the execution of secondary engineering deliverables for high‑voltage GIS projects, including Local Control Cabinet (LCC) and digital substation applications. You will contribute to engineering documentation across project phases and help deliver high‑quality, standard‑compliant results while building your expertise in secondary design engineering and tools such as Zuken E3. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liPrepare schematics and related engineering documents for GIS secondary engineering scopes, including LCC and digital substation applications /li liSupport engineering execution across project phases, from base design and detail design through manufacturing documentation and as‑built updates /li liCreate preliminary BOMs, reports, and manufacturing documents using approved engineering tools and standard processes /li liPerform structured self‑checks and contribute to technically correct, high‑quality, and standard‑compliant deliverables /li liSupport technical clarifications with internal stakeholders, project teams, and factories, and help document and close open points /li liContribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and engineering best practices, including participation in relevant expert communities /li liApply internal guidelines, engineering standards, and quality requirements while supporting safe and efficient project execution /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline /li li2–3 years of professional experience in secondary engineering, design engineering, or project engineering is expected /li liPractical experience with engineering tools such as Zuken E3 or comparable ECAD / engineering tools is required /li liBasic knowledge of GIS, secondary engineering principles, and applicable standards such as IEC, IEEE, or ANSI is beneficial /li liStructured and reliable way of working, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate across functions and disciplines /li liFluency in English is required; German and other languages are an advantage /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pHitachi Energy is a global technology leader advancing a sustainable energy future for all.
