In this role, you will manage technical engineering projects in close collaboration with our project team in the Czech Republic, support projects throughout their lifecycle, and lead technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders. /p pYou bring a degree in Civil Engineering and several years of experience in structural engineering, steel construction, or a related field. You enjoy working in an international environment, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving projects forward with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. /p pIf you're excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply, even if your experience doesn't perfectly match every requirement. /p h3How you’ll make an impact /h3 ul liManage structural engineering projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from sales support and design to fabrication and on‑site installation /li liTake technical and commercial responsibility for project execution, ensuring compliance with standards, timelines, costs, and quality targets /li liCollaborate closely with sales, project management, engineering teams, and customers to define project requirements and deliver effective solutions /li liAct as the interface between GIS project engineering and structural engineering, ensuring smooth coordination across disciplines /li liLead and coordinate engineering activities with teams in Brno (Czech Republic), Chennai (India), and external partners /li liInitiate and oversee supply chain activities related to the procurement and fabrication of steel structures and platforms /li liEnsure high-quality project delivery by reviewing engineering deliverables, resolving technical and quality issues, and supporting factories and site teams /li liDrive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned, supporting root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions to enhance future project execution /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field /li li3+ years of experience in technical project management within civil engineering, ideally in steel structures, industrial plants, substations, or energy infrastructure /li liExperience with GIS projects or substation engineering is a strong advantage /li liProficiency in CAD tools (2D and 3D AutoCAD); experience with BIM software such as Tekla Structures is beneficial /li liUnderstanding of structural design standards and building codes (e.g., Eurocodes, AISC, EN 1090); experience with structural analysis software such as SCIA Engineer or STAAD.Pro is a plus /li liExperience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous /li liStrong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross‑functional teams /li liProfessional proficiency in English; German or additional languages are considered an advantage /li /ul h3More about us /h3 pOur flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
