Join us and help strengthen our culture of quality. /ph3How you’ll make an impact /h3pIn this role, you will mainly: /pulliLead, coach, and develop a team of 15-20 IQC professionals while driving the operational and strategic development of the function. /liliAct as site responsible and ensure adherence to the relevant standards. /liliServe as the main contact for urgent quality issues and ensure fast, effective communication with operations, suppliers, and customers. /liliDevelop, and improve inspection plans for incoming materials. /liliPromote a culture of quality and continuous improvement by using data, KPIs, and visual management tools. /liliBuild strong relationships across the organization and strengthen collaboration with key stakeholders. /liliRecruit, develop, mentor, and support quality professionals while ensuring effective succession planning. /liliEnsure that measurement equipment is maintained, calibrated, and available for reliable inspection activities. /liliDrive improvement initiatives together with production, logistics, RD, sourcing, and other functions to achieve sustainable quality improvements. /li /ulh3Your background /h3pTo be successful in this role, you bring: /pulliA Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. /liliMore than five years of experience in quality management, project management, program management, or similar functions. /liliLeadership experience or a strong interest in leading and developing people. /liliExperience in quality management, manufacturing operations, lean principles, continuous improvement, and visual management. /liliSix Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage. /liliStrong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken. /liliGood knowledge of SAP, ideally in an SAP S/4HANA environment. /li /ulh3More about us /h3pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
