How you'll make an impact Lead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases. Drive the quality cases affecting multiple customers Owner of internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution Project management of bigger quality cases, identify improvements and drive their implementation. Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders Run sustainable improvement projects to prevent quality issues to repeat.
