- Respond to monitoring alerts and client requests for break-fix and proactive support.
- Provide architect-level support for Azure environments focused on infrastructure and security.
- Plan and resolve issues from vulnerability reports at Azure and OS levels.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Azure experience with focus on infrastructure, security, and networking.
- 3+ years of experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related components.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and basic PowerShell is expected; Linux and Palo Alto firewalls are a plus.
