Join our Industrial Engineering team as a Production Developer. You will help shape efficient and future‑ready production processes. We are a team of 12 people with strong technical expertise. We work hands‑on and close to production. You will take ownership from idea to implementation and design new jigs and tools. This role suits someone with strong technical curiosity and drive. You enjoy designing and improving mechanical solutions. You are self‑organised and work independently and it is easy for you to bring structure to complex problems. You will collaborate with engineers, production, and suppliers. You will see the direct impact of your work on the shopfloor. You will continuously develop your technical and problem‑solving skills. You will gain exposure to real production challenges. You will grow through responsibility and hands‑on experience. How you’ll make an impact
Develop and optimise production equipment and processes Design mechanical components and technical solutions Support industrialisation of new products and processes Improve efficiency, quality, and cost in production Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders Create and maintain technical documentation and drawings Your background
Technical degree in engineering or similar field Strong mechanical design and construction skills Experience with CAD tools and technical drawings Structured and independent working style High level of initiative and ownership Good communication skills in a technical environment More about us
