This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across all areas of compliance within a FINMA-licensed asset management company of approximately 100 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Activities: Engage in a variety of compliance tasks relevant to asset management, including control and monitoring functions.
2. Policy and Process Development: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies and procedures.
3. Advisory Support: Provide compliance-related advice to business units and address queries promptly.
4. International Collaboration: Coordinate and exchange knowledge with our international compliance teams.
5. Legal Support: Participate in limited legal tasks such as contract reviews, providing legal advice, and monitoring regulatory developments.
6. Professional Growth: Opportunity to develop into a compliance specialist with a specific field of expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education: Degree in law, finance, or a related field; additional education in compliance or regulatory matters is a plus.
2. Experience: Relevant experience in compliance within the financial industry is advantageous.
3. Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IT tools/solutions and tech-savvy with the ability to utilize technology effectively in compliance tasks is a plus.
