Overview In this role you will develop and oversee the company’s compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence across our engineering and renewable energy projects.
You will administer processes such as KYC onboarding, whistleblowing, and investigations, and lead staff training on compliance.
You will conduct audits, monitor ongoing compliance, and report findings to stakeholders while maintaining records and liaising with regulators.
You will continuously improve programs to support our mission of turning waste into value.
You will work in a cross-functional, impact-focused environment that scales governance as we grow.

Administer compliance processes (KYC onboarding, whistleblowing hotline, investigations).
Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives for staff.

Maintain and improve compliance records; liaise with regulatory bodies and update programs as needed.
Zentrale Anforderungen 5+ years' compliance experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or renewable energy.
University degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; compliance certification is a plus.
Fluent English; German strongly preferred; other languages are an asset.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
