Overview In this role you will industrialise AI/ML solutions and build scalable, production-ready applications. You will design end-to-end MLOps pipelines and ensure governance, security, and data integrity across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable AI solutions. You will monitor performance, fix production issues, and mentor teammates, shaping AI initiatives at a global waste-to-value innovator. Verantwortungsbereiche Industrialise and operate AI/ML solutions converting prototypes into scalable applications Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines (training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining) Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions Ensure reliability, security, compliance, data integrity, performance, and governance across the ML lifecycle Monitor and optimise model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support continuous improvement Mentor less experienced colleagues Zentrale Anforderungen MSc in Computer Science or STEM field with strong CS focus Strong Python programming skills Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn Solid understanding of MLOps practices (deployment, versioning, monitoring, lifecycle management) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Experience with Docker and APIs, databases, and distributed systems Knowledge of data engineering and data processing frameworks Experience with industrial IoT, time-series data, computer vision, or Physics-AI is advantageous Collaboration Mentoring and coaching Cross-functional communication Python PyTorch TensorFlow
