Overview
In this role, you lead the Organisational Development & Talent function, shaping the company’s operating models, structures and culture. You will translate growth strategy into capabilities, govern change methods, and drive leadership development and succession. You’ll guide acquisitions’ culture integration and ensure a measurable leadership continuity. You will influence employee experience and AI adoption, acting as trusted adviser to senior leaders to enable transformative growth.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Evolve the OD & Talent team into the company’s centre for organisation development
- Translate growth strategy into operating models, structures, roles and decision rights
- Establish and prove the company’s change method on live programmes
- Own culture-integration for acquisitions and sizing of support with the M&A lead
- Govern succession planning and leadership continuity
- Lead senior leadership development and assessment programmes and the related architecture
- Shape employee experience design and steer AI adoption related to work design
- Serve as trusted counsel to Business Unit heads, M&A leads and Executive Committee sponsors
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 12+ years in organisation development, change or transformation (senior/lead level)
- Systemic practice across structure, process and behaviour
- Ability to diagnose organisations from evidence (friction points, decisions, org chart vs reality)
- Organisation design experience: operating models, structures, decision rights
- Hands-on post-merger integration experience on live deals
- Fluency in recognised change methodologies with adaptable approach
- Master's degree in OD, organisational psychology, HR or business administration
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
