Overview
In this role, you lead EIC activities for turnkey or partner projects and serve as the primary contact for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. You ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality engineering deliverables while identifying and mitigating technical, commercial, and schedule risks. You will manage a multidisciplinary team across locations and drive procurement, supplier evaluation, and contract scope reviews. You support project execution by ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements. This position offers international collaboration, exposure to diverse disciplines, and the opportunity to shape value from waste through advanced EIC solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and coordinate EIC activities for turnkey or consortium projects
- Act as main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on EIC topics
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet time, budget, and quality targets
- Identify risks (technical, commercial, schedule) and drive mitigation with teams and suppliers
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering team across multiple locations
- Drive procurement activities including supplier selection and bid evaluation
- Oversee engineering documentation, project schedules, budgets, and construction deliverables
- Support project execution with contractual, operational, and regulatory compliance
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong technical background in industrial electrical and control systems with process/product knowledge
- Several years of experience in multidisciplinary project environments
- Experience managing suppliers and procuring complex systems
- Strong problem-solving, interface management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining collaboration
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies and engineering problem-solving
- Ability to develop conceptual solutions, guidelines, and technical standards
- Fluent in written and spoken English; German is an advantage
- Good presentation and MS Office skills; experience with document management systems is beneficial
- Construction or commissioning experience is advantageous
