In this role, you lead a cross-functional AI and analytics team to turn data insights into measurable business value. You will define the Analytics & AI roadmap and drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI, responsible innovation, and scalable platforms. You partner with stakeholders to translate challenges into impactful AI solutions and provide technical leadership across AI, GenAI, ML, and MLOps. You will shape a high-performing organisation that ships concrete outcomes and accelerates the company’s waste-to-value mission.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Specialists
- Shape AI strategy by identifying high-value opportunities and roadmaps; drive responsible AI adoption
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate challenges into AI solutions
- Drive development, deployment, and operation of scalable AI, ML, and MLOps platforms
- Provide technical leadership with architectural oversight and expertise in AI, GenAI, ML, and modern tech
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Proven leadership experience in Analytics, Data Science, ML, or AI with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Strong expertise in AI, ML, and Advanced Analytics with enterprise-scale delivery and adoption initiatives
- Hands-on knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Python, and modern AI tech such as LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agents
- Business-oriented mindset with ability to translate opportunities into measurable outcomes
