You will lead data governance efforts and mentor teammates while partnering with product, analytics, and business stakeholders. By delivering reliable, high-quality data pipelines, you help translate waste-to-value initiatives into actionable analytics and business insights. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and optimise scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake for analytics and reporting
- Lead data governance initiatives including data quality and master data management
- Collaborate with data architects, product managers, analysts, and stakeholders to align data solutions with business goals
- Coach and support business users and data owners in adopting governance principles
- Mentor fellow data engineers and drive continuous improvement across data platforms, processes, and standards
