Overview
In this role you drive the deployment and support of Hitachi Energy’s Digital Transformer Monitoring portfolio across the EUC HUB, ensuring consistent implementation and value realization. You bridge customers, R&D, and product management, tackling technical issues, delivering training, and sharing insights to fuel digital transformation across multiple countries. You work with cross-functional teams to optimize deployments, drive improvements, and promote best practices in transformer monitoring.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Execute and deploy the global Digital Transformer Monitoring portfolio across the EUC HUB with consistent adoption
- Support integration of monitoring solutions while aligning with local standards
- Provide Level 2 technical support for digital products and recommend optimal solutions
- Deliver technical training to engineering, manufacturing, and service teams
- Share market insights and industry trends with product management and R&D
- Support customer projects, pilots, and workshops on digital transformer strategy
- Identify and drive improvement opportunities from field feedback for cost and process optimization
- Collaborate with Digital Technical Champions/Centers across HUBs to share knowledge
- Contribute to developing and adopting best practices for transformer monitoring
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2 years in transformer engineering, control design, commissioning, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of transformer monitoring solutions (DGA, bushing, partial discharge, TMS, alarm annunciators, oil dryers, eDevices)
- Understanding of transformer technologies and diagnostic methods; IEC 60076-7; IEEE C57.91 is a plus
- Ability to read and verify electrical control schematics; basic PLCs and software programming
- Experience with commissioning/deployment of monitoring systems is an asset
- Fluent technical English with strong communication skills in international settings
- Proactive, collaborative team player who can train, support, and coordinate across locations
- International experience; familiarity with AI tools for scripting, research, or data analysis is advantageous
