Overview
As IT Internal Audit Manager, you oversee strategic IT, cybersecurity and SAP audits within a global internal audit function. You shape the audit universe, risk assessments and control framework while leading engagements and collaborating across IT, SAP, ERM and business owners. You’ll drive improvement initiatives, respond to top management requests, and explore innovative reviewing methods including AI adoption. This role offers remote work options in Europe and a chance to influence controls in a large energy tech organization.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and maintain IT and Cybersecurity audit universe and risk control matrix
- Conduct global IT and Cybersecurity risk assessments and influence audit planning
- Collaborate with IT/Cyber/SAP, ERM and internal control teams to ensure robust risk assessment and controls
- Lead IT/Cybersecurity/SAP audits, special reviews, advisory engagements and follow-up audits
- Create engagement-specific audit plans and planning documentation
- Manage all phases of audit engagements and coordinate with management and outsourced personnel
- Partner with business process owners to optimize solutions and strengthen controls across locations
- Lead development of new audit processes and innovative review methods, including AI adoption
- Support compliance efforts with technical knowledge and tests of controls
- Maintain up-to-date IT, Security and Audit knowledge and standards
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Finance, Management or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in external/internal IT audit
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); other certifications (CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CIA) a plus
- Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, EU AI Act
- Excellent MS Office skills; PowerAutomate and SAP familiarity considered a plus
- Data literacy and ability to analyze data from multiple sources
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
