Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Collaborate with global Structural Engineering teams to promote unified design methodologies and best practices.
  • Drive HV product innovation by partnering with R&D on design, testing, and improvement of support structures.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement engineering guidelines, templates, and standards for global knowledge sharing.
  • Support engineering tools and systems adoption, including automation to raise productivity and accuracy.
  • Define requirements for new structural components and manage related approvals and compliance.
  • Serve as an interface among R&D, Engineering, Production, and Installation to implement improvements.
  • Lead the global Structural Expert Community to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Apply Lean and CI methods to optimize workflows and processes.

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years in mechanical structures engineering or related field
  • Strong expertise in structural engineering principles
  • Experience with Tekla, STAAD, and Ansys
  • Knowledge of structural steel design standards and codes (EN, Eurocode, IBC)
  • Experience with High Voltage Switchgear and supporting steel structures is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management for global collaboration
