Overview As PMO Lead, you help legal and integrity initiatives move faster and land with measurable impact. You’ll maintain a single view of the transformation portfolio and translate needs into clear plans. You drive progress, unblock barriers, and provide leadership-ready updates to governance forums. You act as a bridge among Legal, Integrity, Legal Tech, IS, AI teams, and vendors, enabling AI-enabled delivery and improved transparency. This role offers a hands-on, cross-functional setting where strategy becomes execution. Verantwortungsbereiche Maintain a single view of the transformation portfolio with priorities, milestones, risks, and decisions Define simple plans with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria Track progress, identify blockers early, and ensure follow-through on actions Prepare decision-ready updates for leadership and governance forums Translate legal and operational needs into structured business and technical requirements Serve as a bridge between Legal, Integrity, Legal Tech, IS, AI teams, and vendors Support AI and legal tech initiatives by defining use-cases, scope, requirements, and measurable outcomes Utilize tools like Microsoft 365, Loop, Power BI, and Copilot to reduce manual work and improve visibility Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, project management, or related field and equivalent experience Approximately 5–10 years’ experience in a multinational environment Strong experience in project, program, or portfolio management Outcome-focused mindset with ability to turn strategy into execution Good business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and problem framing Confidence working with senior stakeholders, sponsors, technical teams, and external partners Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics Comfort working across business and technology teams Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Loop, Copilot or similar tools Interest in using AI to improve delivery, reporting, and ways of working Fluency in English for senior-level communication clear communication stakeholder management problem framing Power BI Microsoft Teams Loop
