Overview
In this role you lead the Health, Safety & Environment function for PSC Switzerland, shaping a strong safety culture across sites in Rüti and Dietlikon. You manage the HSE team, partner with leadership and contractors, and drive continuous improvement to protect people and operations. You will implement and monitor the HSE management system, conduct audits, and lead competency-based training and reviews. This position offers hands-on risk reduction and cross-site impact in a global energy company.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead the HSE function and site-specific HSE leadership for Training Center Rüti and Service Logistic Center Dietlikon
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, guidelines, and management systems
- Communicate HSE initiatives and procedures to the organization for uniform understanding
- Monitor compliance, address non-conformances, and guide corrective actions
- Support management and employees in accident prevention and interface with contractors/clients
- Maintain and improve the HSE management system and contribute to quality inputs
- Conduct safety audits, investigate accidents, identify root causes, and supervise corrective actions
- Provide guidance on competency-based HSE training and lead HSE/Sustainability reviews across sites
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in a managerial role in an industrial, construction or factory environment
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in safety systems development and site-specific risk solutions
- Knowledge of OSHA legislation for construction sites; experience in safety-related roles
- International experience and intercultural sensitivity; solutions-oriented with strong engagement
