Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–10 years in R&D or engineering, preferably in high voltage equipment
- Strong design and development experience with high voltage components (bushing experience advantageous)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Understanding of business processes and R&D environments
- Proven project management experience and cross-functional collaboration
- Basic understanding of IP considerations in R&D
