Overview
In this role you will shape frontline skills at the Bushing Factory in Zürich, aligning local training with global guidelines. You will work closely with line managers to identify training needs and build curricula, while coordinating onboarding and serving as the local power user for the learning management system. The focus is on blue-collar roles, with a path to upskilling across manufacturing teams. You’ll drive training effectiveness and ensure timely completion within defined standards, contributing to a culture of continuous development.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Maintain and update local skill sets within the established framework
- Identify training needs and develop local training plans aligned with guidelines
- Integrate global and regional training initiatives into local curricula
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Conduct trainings, evaluate effectiveness, and support internal trainers for on-the-job training
- Ensure training delivery meets defined standards
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees with HR and managers
- Ensure onboarding and required training are completed within timelines
- Act as local LMS power user: manage access, permissions, records, and drive process improvements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University Degree in HR, Pedagogy, Psychology or Engineering
- Interest in manufacturing processes in a hands-on factory environment
- 2–3 years of experience in training, skills/competency management or L&D
- Experience delivering training or workshops in manufacturing
- Experience with LMS or skills management systems
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a manufacturing setting
- Fluent in German and English
