As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will work in our Operations team based in our centrally located Berlin office. As part of this role, you will:
- Drive impact on the operations offering in Hive’s biggest revenue stream and markets .
- Negotiate delivery carrier contracts and own the carrier journey end-to-end.
- Ensure operational smoothness with delivery and freight partners.
- Utilize and monitor partner performance data to fuel negotiations and identify efficiency improvements .
- Establish long-term relationships with Hive’s selected operations partners and conduct business reviews .
- Support the development of Hive’s operational partner portfolio in the German & Polish markets.
Your profile

- You have 1-2 years of work experience (incl. internships).
- You have strong business acumen and enjoy building business relationships .
- You work with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality and try out ideas in an 80/20 manner.
- You are mentally flexible and have an operational and strategic mindset .
- You have excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German .
