The position

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at all times

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including: sourcing, screening and interviewing

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs, and actively take ownership in improving internal processes

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, by working on inbound initiatives such as employer branding and on outbound outreaches

  • Track and analyze key metrics related to talent acquisition to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies

Your profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment or start-up

  • Demonstrated ability to support recruitment efforts across various levels and departments

  • Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices, with basic knowledge of employment laws related to hiring

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in German or another European language is a plus

  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners

  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
