As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at all times

Manage the full recruitment cycle including: sourcing, screening and interviewing

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs, and actively take ownership in improving internal processes

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, by working on inbound initiatives such as employer branding and on outbound outreaches

Track and analyze key metrics related to talent acquisition to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Your profile

1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment or start-up

Demonstrated ability to support recruitment efforts across various levels and departments

Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices, with basic knowledge of employment laws related to hiring

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in German or another European language is a plus

Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners

Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
