About the Position
- Koordination und Unterstützung des Lean Managements am Standort Laufenburg sowie Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Lean Systems.
- Coaching der Führungskräfte und Schulung der gesamten Organisation im Verständnis und in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden und -Werkzeugen.
- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen sowie aktive Begleitung der Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
- Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von 5S-Audits einschließlich der Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auditberichte.
- Erhebung, Analyse und Auswertung von Lean-Kennzahlen zur Erfolgsmessung sowie zur internen Berichterstattung.
Ihr Profil
Sie haben eine Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister oder Techniker abgeschlossen oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung. Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse im Lean Management, KVP und Changemanagement mit. Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Ihre strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Ihre Fähigkeit, Menschen für Veränderungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu begeistern. Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative zeichnen Sie aus.
