About the Position
- Sicherheitsingenieur / Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Schwerpunkte: SiGeKo, Baustellensicherheit, Prozess- und Anlagensicherheit sowie Fremdfirmenkoordination)
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Bau-, Energie-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsprojekten als Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator
- Unterstützung bei Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Betriebsanweisungen, Sicherheitskonzepten
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Ex-Schutz-Dokumenten und Unterweisungen
- Verantwortung für Audits, Safety Walks, Sicherheitsbegehungen und Unfalluntersuchungen
- Koordination von Fremdfirmen sowie Weiterentwicklung des Kontraktoren- und Besuchermanagements am Standort Laufenburg
- Mitarbeit bei Genehmigungsprozessen sowie Weiterentwicklung des Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystems nach ISO 45001
- Zusammenarbeit in konzernweiten interkulturellen Teams zur Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Konzernstandards

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben erfolgreich ein Studium im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Sicherheitstechnik, Umweltgesundheit, Chemieingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Metallurgie/Werkstofftechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen.
- Die Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß DGUV Vorschrift 2 haben Sie bereits erfolgreich absolviert; eine Qualifikation als Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator (SiGeKo) ist von Vorteil.
- Durch Ihre mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der chemischen, metallurgischen oder Prozessindustrie, konnten Sie fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Baustellensicherheit, Prozess- und Anlagensicherheit sowie Fremdfirmenmanagement erwerben.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Umweltbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus.
- Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
