The Opportunity

As a Senior Game Producer , you will lead the development lifecycle of online gambling games, from concept through launch and beyond. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to create compelling slot and instant-win games. You will also be actively involved in larger projects such as integrations or new market entries, and take an operational engagement in various projects.

This is a flexible role – we’re a start-up where your input is visible and meaningful, and every day will be different. If you like working in segregated departments with a strict management hierarchy, don’t read any further.

The Role

• Project Management : You will be responsible for the end-to-end production process for multiple games, ensuring timely delivery.
• Concept Development : You will collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise themes, mechanics, and features.
• Coordination : You will serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Quality Assurance : You will be actively involved in testing games to ensure they meet our performance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Market Analysis : You will use insights on market trends and player preferences to inform game design and feature selection.
• Compliance & Documentation : You will ensure game specifications and project documentation adhere to our standards.
• Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years as a Producer (or similar role) in online gambling – this is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong understanding of slot game design, creation, and production pipelines.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communicator.
• Pragmatic and flexible while staying organised – you will hold the threads!
• Familiarity with the industry is essential, also knowledge of compliance regulations and technical knowledge is a bonus.
