Your Mission
As the Global Sales Manager for the Air & Industrial division, you will lead a high-performance global sales team and work collaboratively to foster growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. - Build and lead a high-performing global A&I sales team, fostering strategic growth and long-term partnerships with OEMs.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to drive innovation and align business direction with future opportunities.
- Optimize product positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management to secure a competitive edge in the market.
- Strengthen brand presence by coordinating impactful campaigns, customer engagements, and trade show participation.
- Enhance product performance by collaborating with Engineering and Operations on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive customer success by maintaining and improving CRM systems for superior relationship management and strategic insights.
What you should be good at
- Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering (MBA or business qualification preferred) with 15-20 years in global sales, engineering, or business development.
