Your Mission

As Technical Product Manager Rings & Packing, based in Vienna, you are the driving force behind the technical excellence, innovation, and lifecycle performance of our product portfolio. You combine deep application knowledge with a hands‑on approach to product development, reliability improvement, and customer support. Working closely with engineering, service, manufacturing, sales, and global customers, you ensure our solutions remain technologically leading, compliant, and fit for future market requirements. How you will make a difference

Act as the technical product owner and expert

for the Rings & Packing product portfolio. Lead innovation and technology cooperation projects

from concept validation through industrialization and pilot installations. Define and maintain product standards and documentation , including technical specifications, installation manuals, and design guidelines. Manage product certifications and compliance

with applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Monitor product performance and reliability , identify improvement opportunities, and drive lifecycle enhancements. Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analyses

to resolve complex product and application challenges. Support and enable global organizations

through technical expertise, training, knowledge management, digital engineering tools, and application support for sales, manufacturing, and service teams. What you should be good at

You combine technical expertise with strategic and interpersonal strengths. Strong academic base:

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Process Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. Solid industry background:

5+ years in product management, engineering, or development, ideally in the reciprocating compressor industry. Comfort in complexity:

Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural environment. Customer-first mindset:

Positive, solution-oriented and feedback-driven way of working. Global project skills:

Proven experience in managing international projects. Analytical sharpness:

Excellent strategic and problem solving capabilities. Communication strength:

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Language & mobility:
