As a technical sales engineer in Munich, you connect our IT department with customers, translating needs into innovative IT solutions.
#YOURMISSION
- Customer consulting: Advise clients on IT solutions such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Material Flow Control (MFS) and devise tailored solutions.
- Technical expertise: Act as the technical liaison in sales, translate customer requirements into technical concepts, and collaborate with the IT department and other sales teams to create customized solutions.
- Proposal creation: Draft tailored offers that meet individual customer needs and support the entire sales process through to close.
- Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, both internally and externally with customers.
- Project support: Assist the sales team in implementing IT projects and ensure smooth communication between customer and technical team.
- Market analysis & strategy: Analyze the market and support the ongoing development of our IT solution portfolio.

- Educational background: Degree or comparable training in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional experience: Several years of experience selling IT solutions in intra‑logistics or logistics; deep technical knowledge of WMS/MFS systems is a plus.
- Technical know‑how: Solid understanding of IT systems and technologies such as WMS, MFS, or comparable solutions, and the ability to convey concepts to customers.
- Communication skills: Ability to explain complex IT solutions clearly and persuade customers on both technical and commercial aspects.
- Team player: Enjoys working in a dynamic team and maintains focus even in challenging situations.
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English.
- Travel readiness: Willing to travel regularly (approximately every two weeks for two days), mainly within Germany and Austria.
