How You’ll Make Your Mark Your main tasks in this role are:
Support commercial, legal, and technical negotiations
with intralogistics solution providers, particularly for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and service contracts, helping to achieve balanced and effective agreements
Support stakeholder relationships
by collaborating with internal and external partners to gather and align requirements, ensuring consistency and clarity
Support the drafting of tender documents
for intralogistics projects, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and support the review and evaluation of vendor proposals to identify potential improvements
Collaborate with legal teams
to review, finalise, and support the development of effective contract mechanisms
Support the development and implementation of our technology supplier strategy
while contributing to long‑term partnership approaches that enable sustainable collaboration
Contribute to the development of standardised structures and processes
that enhance team knowledge and methodologies and support greater efficiency in our operations
Your Profile The requirements of the role include:
A university degree or comparable qualification with a technical or business focus
At least 2 years of experience in a role involving suppliers, purchasing, procurement, or negotiation
Awareness of commercial contract clauses (e.g. liability, warranty, risk mitigation) and how they are applied in practice
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and opportunities objectively
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support constructive resolution of issues
A proactive mindset with the drive to take initiative and contribute to successful project delivery
Willingness to travel internationally (10–20%) and fluent English proficiency
