Your future team

You will be part of the Data Analytics team where you will focus on supporting different departments in the company to continuously improve their product and operations by building data pipelines, defining and maintaining KPIs to create visualisations and performing ad-hoc analysis that help the organisation make data-driven decisions.

Your role in this journey

The data analytics team is a part of the Business Intelligence department and is responsible for providing the entire company with accurate and timely data, conduct data driven analysis and deliver and deploy predictive models.

• As a Data Analyst in the team, you will work directly with stakeholders to assist with problem-solving, prioritization, and insights generation, including KPI definition and ad-hoc data analysis.
• Own the end-to-end data flow to provide stakeholders with valuable insights: data collection, extraction, cleaning, and aggregation.
• Build and maintain systematic reporting and dashboards in Looker to foster a self-service data culture.
• Perform complex ad-hoc analyses and predictive analytics projects on large data sets using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with our Data Engineering and Data Science teams in the Business Intelligence department to jointly deliver interdisciplinary projects.

Your backpack is filled with

• 3+ years of work experience in analytics with a proven track record of business impact. Experience in e-commerce analytics is a plus.
• Advanced SQL skills, including experience with ETL pipelines and data modeling, to build systems supporting data analytics.
• Proficiency in a structured programming language such as Python or R.
• Ability to generate insights and tell a story from large data sets, using data visualization tools (Looker experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the capability of finding efficient solutions independently.
• Enthusiasm for Big Data solutions and methodology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
