The Brand Representative associate is truly engaged. They provide excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. An individual who is outgoing, stylish, and helpful. They can initiate conversations and connect with customers by communicating genuinely and articulately, ensuring the customer is always the first priority. They exhibit relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing sales.
