We have an exciting opportunity for an EHS Advisor to join Suir Engineering. This position is within our Data Centre department based in Frankfurt, Germany.

What you will be doing?
- Assist the EHS Manager in achieving Suir’s Critical Success Factor 1: ‘To ensure we are fully compliant in all Health, Safety & Workplace Legislation’
- Work effectively with the Project Manager and Construction Team with the implementation of the Integrated Management System
- Ensure the site is adequately set up with a Site‑Specific Construction EHS Plan
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all of Suir’s High Risk Activities (HRAs) and ensure that they are identified and effectively controlled on site
- Assist with the development of Risk Assessment & Method Statements
- Assist with the development of SOPs and provide training and communication to site personnel
- Become familiar with and promote the ‘Suir Way’ and its interfaces with Health & Safety
- Report and investigate incidents when they occur and ensure root causes are identified, mitigated and communicated
Is this the job for me?
- Suitable candidates must have a relevant Health and Safety diploma or degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Environmental Health and Safety role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines together with a high attention to detail
- Ability to influence colleagues at all levels
- Enjoy working as part of a high performing team
- Experience within live Data Centre environments is desired but not a must
