We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist - Surgical to lead territory growth and customer engagement across the region.
Manage and develop your territory, driving revenue growth, market share, and customer expansion.
Represent Hologic's gynecological surgical portfolio, positioning innovative solutions with clinicians and healthcare decision-makers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with gynecologists, surgeons, theatre staff, hospital administration, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
Deliver product demonstrations, customer training, and in-theatre support to ensure optimal product utilisation and customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer partnerships and key accounts.
Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine territory strategies and maximise growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Clinical, Marketing, and Service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
