Sales Specialist – Breast & Skeletal Health Solutions
Location: Bavaria, Germany

Our Breast & Skeletal Health Division is dedicated to offering a complete range of solutions that help healthcare professionals perform early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of breast and skeletal conditions. We are expanding our team in Germany and are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What You Can Expect:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory issues in the breast and skeletal health market.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market intelligence and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in regional and national trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Hologic’s products and brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
What We Expect:
- Previous sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the medical devices market and the German healthcare system.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
