Medical Liaison Manager, Anatomical Pathology, EMEA
Location: Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom)
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Medical Science Liaison (Manager/Senior Manager) to join our team. This in-field role involves supporting the execution of our strategic medical plan, working closely with commercial and marketing colleagues, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and key external collaborators. The successful candidate will play a key role in building relationships with external stakeholders, communicating scientific information, supporting educational activities, and driving investigator-initiated studies aligned with our Medical Affairs strategic plan.
What You Can Expect:
- Engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Anatomical Pathology to disseminate scientific communications and gather insights.
- Participating in scientific congresses and supporting Hologic-hosted educational events.
- Collaborating on external investigator-initiated studies and managing external research proposals.
- Supporting in-country scientific leads to ensure alignment on local scientific strategy and activities.
- Ensuring compliance and alignment of research studies with the Medical-Scientific-Clinical-Regulatory board (MSCR).
What We Expect:
- PhD in Anatomical Pathology/Biomedical Science/Oncology or relevant clinical qualifications, with 5+ years of experience in the in vitro diagnostic industry.
- Broad experience in Anatomical Pathology, including cytology and histology.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, digital pathology, and AI analysis.
- Ability to create and implement Medical Affairs strategic plans.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
- Integrity, attention to detail, resilience, and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
