Project Manager ILS / Integrated Logistic Support An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager ILS – Integrated Logistic Support to join a growing project team, taking responsibility for the delivery and coordination of Integrated Logistic Support activities within a complex military SATCOM programme.

This is a project-focused role with broad responsibility across the full ILS lifecycle, working closely with technical, logistics and programme teams to ensure all support disciplines are effectively planned, coordinated and delivered.

You’ll act as the primary ILS point of contact for the overall project manager, providing specialist logistics expertise while coordinating ILS resources and activities across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities within a military SATCOM project.
• Oversee all logistics disciplines across the project, including material fundamentals, operator documentation, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), reliability and availability analysis, obsolescence and configuration management.
• Coordinate the incident and fault reporting process and ensure appropriate follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, coordinate and align the deployment of ILS personnel across the project.
• Act as the primary ILS point of contact and logistics advisor to the overall project manager.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management and other functional teams to ensure ILS requirements are effectively integrated into project activities.
• Monitor ILS deliverables, priorities and resources throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• A university degree in Industrial Engineering or a technical discipline with a specialisation in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), or comparable practical experience in ILS.
• Proven project management experience, ideally supported by a recognised project management certification.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in Integrated Logistic Support and Life Cycle Management.
• Experience coordinating multiple logistics disciplines within complex technical projects.
• Experience working with military customers and within defence programmes.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate people, activities and deliverables across a project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• A structured, proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
