In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for the holistic support of personnel or management of various company units in close cooperation with the responsible Business Partner. You will be responsible for ensuring effective and careful processing of all administrative and organizational activities that arise within the scope of a fully integrated personnel support. Additionally, you will support recruitment and selection of personnel, manage applicants, prepare employment contracts, references and job advertisements, and coordinate appointments. You will work continuously to optimize all HR processes for effectiveness and efficiency while collaborating on various HR projects.

Qualifications
Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics or business administration.
Initial professional experience in a comparable field is an advantage.
Very good knowledge of English and strong IT skills, especially in MS‑Office and ideally SAP HR.
Quick perception, proactive and independent working style.
