Floor Manager windsor. Outlet Wertheim (d/f/m)

In the course of your varied role, you will manage the whole of a section in our outlet store. As part of this function, you will be responsible for your department’s sales and revenue, control the flow of goods, and organize staffing. In addition, you will ensure that the layout of the department is attractive and that merchandise is presented in such a way as to promote sales. As a result of your personal and expert advice and support of our discerning customers, your confident demeanor and good manners will make shopping in your department an experience. The final elements of your job profile include the leadership, motivation, and coordination of your staff team.

Required experience and skills:

• Successfully completed commercial training in retail or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, e.g. in a deputy department manager role or as a substitute
• A great passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
• Excellent customer orientation and a positive charisma
• Strong communication skills and a high level of social competence
