Founders Associate (m/f/x)

About the role

We are looking for a Founders Associate (m/f/x) to join our mission to make lightweight manufacturing autonomous.

You will work directly with our CEO and commercial leadership and build the systems that let a small team sell, market, and hire like a much larger one.

You will wear multiple hats: outbound, CRM and GTM systems, content production, recruiting operations, investor material, and the automation that holds all of it together.

Some of that work you will automate.

A lot of it you will simply get done, fast and well.

What you will do

• Run our outbound engine: build and enrich target lists, launch sequences, and pre-qualify leads so we can focus on real opportunities.
• Own our CRM and GTM tech stack: keep Hub Spot accurate, build helpful dashboards, and connect all relevant tools.
• Support recruiting operations by sourcing the right candidates.
• Build the AI agents and automations that remove manual work from growth, marketing, and hiring.
• Turn raw founder input into published content: posts, (technical) articles, and newsletters.
• Monitor competitors, key opinion leaders, target accounts, and partners, and report what matters.
• Run special projects: market research, business cases, workflow automations and competitive analysis, each with a clear recommendation at the end.
• Support fundraising and keep our organization running: investor pipeline, data room, investor updates, deck iterations, OKRs, and internal meeting preparation.
• Pick up the work that has no owner yet: coordination, scheduling, and the follow-ups that no automation covers.
• What we are looking for
• You bring 1 to 3 years of experience in a startup, consulting or another fast-paced working environment. You have shipped real work, not only slide decks.
• You are AI-native.

You build with LLMs, no-code tools, and automations every day, and you are comfortable with CRM, sequencing tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

You automate what repeats, and you handle the rest yourself.

• You are eager to learn and not shy to roll up your sleeves. You tackle new problems every day and get the unglamorous work done without being asked twice.
• You are structured and you close loops. You take a vague brief, turn it into a plan, and finish it without being chased.
• You write well and you write fast. You turn a voice note into a publishable post, and you notice when a deck, a render, or a landing page is off.
• You communicate clearly in German and English, in writing and in a room.
• You are curious about hardware. You do not need an engineering degree. You do need to want to understand composites, manufacturing, robots, and why lightweighting matters.
• PLUS: Experience with Claude, Hub Spot, Clay, Webflow, Figma, or comparable tools. First exposure to a hardware or Deep Tech company.
