About the role

Holy exists to create value for companies through enhanced composite components. Our goal is to become the world’s leading vertically integrated manufacturer for composite components through our fully automated production system. We are seeking a motivated Growth Marketing Lead (m/f/x) to take charge of our marketing and accelerate growth. You’ll design impactful, data-driven campaigns, build our brand, and develop strategies to attract and retain customers from different industries. Collaborating closely with our founders and go-to-market team, you’ll help transform our cutting-edge technology into opportunities for companies seeking sustainable innovation. What you will do

  • Create and execute inbound strategies to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and define clear Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and distinct customer segments.
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to effectively engage these segments.
  • Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and building a scalable B2B sales pipeline.
  • Manage different marketing channels, from content creation to distribution, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Conduct thorough market research on our customer segments across many industries including orthopedics, professional tools, sports equipment, automotive, aerospace, and wind energy.
  • Develop clear value propositions and deliver a great first impression of Holy to potential clients.
  • Lay the foundation for scaling our commercial team.

What we are looking for

  • A passion for marketing and storytelling, with the ability to craft messages that highlight innovation and sustainability.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in growth marketing, B2B marketing, or related fields, ideally in a startup or tech-driven environment.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a track record of driving projects and achieving measurable results.
  • A creative mindset balanced with data-driven decision-making to inform and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Practical experience managing LinkedIn accounts, running Google Ads, optimizing SEO, and creating marketing campaigns.
  • The ability to work independently and navigate the challenges of building scalable systems from scratch.
  • PLUS: Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, wind energy, or with technical/industrial products.
