Home & Co is seeking a versatile Business Analyst (m/f/d) who will support the operational business by conducting thorough analyses, providing clear recommendations, and optimizing processes. This role takes a holistic view across all operational areas of the company.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with various departments to enable data-driven decision-making and continuously drive business improvements.
Aufgaben
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze relevant company data (e.g., processes, productivity, customer satisfaction)
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on data insights
- Create clear and concise dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and other stakeholders
Process Optimization
- Analyze existing operational workflows (e.g., in customer service, production, or finance)
- Develop proposals and concepts to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost savings
- Support and monitor the implementation of new processes or tools in collaboration with the respective departments
Project Support and Coordination
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, from conceptualization to execution
- Align requirements and objectives with relevant departments to ensure smooth collaboration
- Prepare status reports, track project progress, and initiate corrective actions as needed
Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Serve as a liaison between management, various departments, and external partners
- Present analysis results in an understandable manner and derive concrete recommendations for action
- Support decision-making by providing relevant data and scenario analyses
Quality Assurance
- Ensure data sources and analyses meet company standards
- Continuously improve data quality by working closely with other teams (e.g., IT, Controlling)
Qualifikation
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field
- Analytical mindset with experience using common analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of process management and/or project management is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (German and English)
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- Team player: Ability to collaborate and coordinate across various departments
