(Junior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

For our headquarters in Berlin Prenzlauer-Berg, we are looking to have you on board as our new: (Junior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Reports to the Lead Search & Display

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, set-up, and optimization of campaigns across the full funnel for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in all our European markets.
• Create reports and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of A/B tests, multi‑arm experiments and lift studies to understand the true impact of our marketing.
• Proactively leverage generative AI tools to uncover hidden growth potential and test new AI‑driven features, ensuring our campaigns stay at the cutting edge.

• Successfully completed studies in business, economics or communication/media – or an equivalent apprenticeship/training with appropriate work experience.
• At least two years of experience in performance marketing, including hands‑on experience with Search, PMax and Demand Gen. Additional expertise in the Google Marketing Platform is highly valued. Any additional experience in SQL, Python, Google Ads Scripts, Tableau or Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) is a plus.
• Solid MS Excel skills and a passion for diving into large data sets to identify patterns and relationships that drive performance.
• Leverages generative AI to boost campaign performance and is excited to test new AI features.
• Proactive mindset, creative problem‑solving and strong analytical abilities.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working in cross‑functional environments.
• Driven by curiosity and a genuine enthusiasm for continuous professional development.
• Proficient in English; additional knowledge of German is a plus.
