In summer 2022, home24 launched a marketplace for third-party sellers to onboard complementary product ranges. With our curated marketplace, customers value the expanded offerings, and we ensure that one can find everything from furniture and home decoration on the home24 website. (Junior) Seller Support Specialist – Marketplace (m/f/d) (French/German speaking)
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Business Development Managers to assist new sellers throughout the onboarding process until their products are successfully listed on our platform.
- Support our sellers and be the first point of contact for operational topics such as product creation, image updates, or technical issues.
- Check the product catalogue of our sellers based on our quality standards by using Mirakl.
- Develop and provide training sessions for our sellers that align with their feedback, and assume accountability for ensuring that they can effectively utilize the marketplace.
- Identify areas for improvement and launch projects involving stakeholders like IT or Postproduction Team to implement enhancements and streamline processes.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or successfully completed vocational training, ideally with a focus on e-commerce.
- First experience in B2B-Service environment or a similar function.
- Keen interest in e-commerce and marketplaces.
- Great team player with hands-on mentality.
- Excellent organizational skills paired with a solution-oriented mindset to tackle tasks quickly and efficiently.
- English, French, and German skills.
