This incredibly exciting founder has oodles of hospitality experience both at home and abroad and has been inspired by some of his favourite spots in Berlin to create a new brand with ambitions to scale quickly.
This will be a really exciting challenge for the right person, you’ll need a good balance of creativity and commerciality but the owner will provide loads of hands-on support for any skills or knowledge gaps. With a background of kitchen management, this owner really knows what they’re doing and would love to find a partner to add to the creative vision.
There are exciting plans for pop-ups before opening too, so a great opportunity to dip your toe before starting full-time. This concept will be a casual, all-day dining space with the most delicious and exciting dishes from the Levant and Eastern Mediterranean served alongside a carefully curated list of unfussy wines from the most progressive producers and classic cocktails with a twist. The aim is to create an accessible restaurant for both dining in and delivery. The delivery aspect of the business model will make this a super interesting and multi-faceted business and will allow for speedy growth of the business.
